About
Company History
Peak Performance Allied Health was founded in Hervey Bay in late 2022 with the aim to provide valuable health services to the Fraser Coast Region. Our team is passionate about implementing individualised interventions and providing guidance in the management of complex acute and chronic health conditions.
We understand that it’s not feasible for everyone to access clinics or external gyms, and believe this shouldn’t be an obstacle to receiving health services - so we can come to you!

What is Exercise Physiology?
Exercise Physiology is an allied health profession which specialises in the prescription of evidence-based clinical exercise interventions to prevent injury, manage chronic conditions/disease, and improve health.
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified health professional who develops, delivers and evaluates individualised exercise interventions for those with injury, disability, or acute or chronic health conditions. They help manage complex medical conditions, assist in recovery following injury or surgery, and educate in how exercise can improve health outcomes.
The goal of Accredited Exercise Physiologists is to optimise health, function, recovery & independence to empower individuals to reach their goals and participate in activities at home, work, and in the community.
Our Approach
We operate in a culturally safe and inclusive manner to provide health services to individuals of all backgrounds and populations. We believe in a person-centred approach, working with our clients to address individual needs, goals, and challenges in order provide individualised evidence-based exercise interventions. Our services are delivered one on one, so you know that you’re getting a program tailored specifically to you. Our goal is to help you achieve your peak performance!
